Growing Old Disgracefully is a network of friendship for older women. It’s about growing: growing old alongside other like-minded women, growing old into our best selves, breaking down personal barriers, finding companionship and fun.
It’s UK based with many local groups but membership is open worldwide. Growing Old Disgracefully challenges the image of older women as silent, invisible and compliant.
